Interconnectedness - Empathy - Liberatory Work - Grounded in Place - Nurturing Wonder - Community - Nature - Unstructured Outdoor Play

Play is the essential work of toddlers - our young ones at the very beginning of their journey of grounding into identity in this world.

We strive to nourish an environment that holds space for this work in wonder and awe.

Through the fostering of empathy, emphasis on the inter-connectedness, and processing through storytelling and unstructured play in the natural world, we work to create spaces in which the children can grow into a sense of self - both firmly rooted in place,

and grounded in a sense of kinship with the land around us and each other.

We offer priority to BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ families who reflect the diversity of the global world, in an effort to counter historical/systemic inequities. We enjoy and appreciate working with folks who understand these realities

and/or who continue to work independently to more deeply recognize these nuances.

We are currently accepting applications for the 2025-2026 school year on a rolling basis!

We are now accepting vouchers as well for a limited number of spaces.
